It is said (paraphrased anyway) that a liberal arts education is a horrible thing to waste. Anyway, here I am almost 20 years into a career in IT totally wasting mine. This could be a place to ponder the implications and intersections of history, geography, economics, and politics that I found so facinating when I was in school, but don't come up so much on a late-night netwok remediation call.
Here's to the ride that I have in mind for these pages over the months that come. (And with any luck this won't be the only post that makes it up here!)
